Take forward A Curriculum for Excellence through mediating teaching and learning: cross cutting themes, literacy, numeracy, achievement and health and wellbeing
Leading and Managing Change
Implement 3 year strategic plan for review of all HGIOS3* quality indicators as a key Quality Assurance strategy
5 year strategic plan to review and update school policies. Further direct involvement of parents in pupil's learning
Encouraging pupils to take greater responsibility in their own learning
Developing links with the business community
Promote chairing of working groups by staff other than SMT
